The “Fuzzy Set” plugin provides users with the opportunity to transform images by placing their pixels into user defined membership sets.  The plugin allows for the selection of a color or gray level image.  Color images are converted to gray level during the conversion process.  The user can control the membership values for dark, gray and white level pixels using our specific algorithm (Refer to Background Tab).  The plugin generates several output windows including the transformed image; the gray level original histogram; and the transformed histogram.
