All functionality is available by right-clicking on the views you want to process. Simply select one or more views in the ViewSetup Explorer table, then right-click to access all processing options.
For macro recording: Please use the Fiji BigStitcher plugins menu instead of the interactive explorer interface, as the explorer does not support macro recording.
When the BigDataViewer window is active (right click), it will display those image stacks that are currently selected in the ViewSetup Explorer. While the ViewSetup Explorer is in focus, you can use special keys to change the way the images are displayed.
When the BigDataViewer window is active, it has special key-bindings that allow you to browse and display the data. Please press F1 then to display another help window with more details.

| N | Toggle the Neighbours window: highlight correspondence-connected views in BigDataViewer (selection in green, connected in magenta). Pick one or more interest-point labels in the window. Press N again to collapse back to the original selection. |
| O | Toggle the Overlap window: highlight geometrically-overlapping views in BigDataViewer (selection in green, overlap in light blue). Checkboxes in the window control which attributes (Tile, Channel, Angle, Illumination, TimePoint) may differ between the actual view and a candidate; unchecked attributes must match. Press O again to collapse back to the original selection. |
| [ or ] | Lower ([) or raise (]) the max intensity (white point) of the currently visible BigDataViewer sources by 10% per press. Lowering the max brightens the image; raising it darkens it. |

| E | Enable fly-through recording mode (Easter Egg). Once enabled, the following keys become active: |
| a | Add current BDV view as keypoint for fly-through. |
| x | Clear all keypoints. |

| r | Start recording fly-through animation. |
| s | Save all keypoints to file. |
| l | Load keypoints from file. |
| R | Make a high-resolution screenshot with user-defined resolution. |
